Agreement to These Terms

Accessing or using any part of Zovly ("the Platform") constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses the site.

What Zovly Provides

Zovly is a free, browser-based calculator platform. The Platform includes:

• A suite of academic, math, and utility calculator tools available at no cost
• Informational content related to calculations, formulas, and educational topics
• Tools that run entirely within your browser — no data is sent to our servers
• Calculators covering areas including GPA, grades, attendance, algebra, and everyday utilities

Acceptable Use

You may use Zovly freely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. In doing so, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the underlying code or logic of any tool

Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform's design, interface, calculator logic, written content, graphics, and all associated software are the sole property of Zovly and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any Zovly intellectual property to users. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Zovly's content or tools without prior written consent.

Accuracy and Limitations

Zovly's calculators are built to produce accurate results based on the inputs provided and standard formulas. However, the Platform is offered without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, correctness, or fitness for purpose of any output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zovly and its operators will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any losses resulting from reliance on calculator outputs, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies, regardless of whether we were made aware of such risks in advance.

Service Availability and Access

We aim to keep Zovly available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
