Zovly ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website to provide free, browser-based calculator tools for students, professionals, and anyone who needs quick, reliable calculations. We are committed to handling the small amount of data we interact with responsibly, transparently, and in your interest — not ours.

This Privacy Policy covers all pages and tools accessible at zovly.xyz and its subpages. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

What We Collect and What We Don't

When you visit Zovly, standard web server logs may capture:

Nothing. All inputs you enter into any Zovly calculator are processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript. This data is never sent across the network, never stored in a database, and never seen by us or any third party.

How We Use What We Collect

The limited technical data described above is used only for the following purposes:

• Diagnosing performance issues and fixing bugs across different browsers and devices
• Understanding which calculators are used most so we can improve and expand them
• Monitoring for unusual traffic that may indicate security threats or abuse
• Serving non-targeted advertisements that help us keep every tool free

We do not build profiles on individual users. We do not sell any data to third parties. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond keeping this platform running well and free.

Third-Party Services We Use

To operate Zovly reliably, we work with a small number of external services. Each has its own privacy policy which we encourage you to review:

• Google Analytics — Provides anonymised traffic data. You can opt out permanently using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
• Advertising Partners — Display ads that fund the platform. These networks may use cookies to serve contextually relevant ads, but not personalised profiles built from your calculator inputs.
• Cloudflare — Handles security, speed optimisation, and DDoS protection at the network level.

None of these partners receive your calculator input data — because we never have it in the first place.

Cookies and Local Storage

Zovly uses cookies and local browser storage in limited, specific ways:

• Session cookies that help pages load correctly and remember display preferences
• Analytics cookies from Google that track anonymised visit patterns — deletable at any time through your browser settings
• Advertising cookies from our ad network — you can manage these through your browser or via industry opt-out tools

We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to build a profile of your browsing behaviour beyond Zovly itself. You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings without losing access to any Zovly tools.

Security Measures

We take a layered approach to security that reflects the nature of what we handle:

• Full HTTPS encryption across every page — your browser will always show a secure connection indicator
• Client-side computation for all calculator logic — no sensitive inputs ever reach a server
• Infrastructure protected by Cloudflare against common web threats and malicious traffic
• Periodic review of our data handling practices and third-party integrations

No method of transmission or storage is completely without risk, but our design choice to process calculations locally means the attack surface for your personal inputs is effectively zero.

Young Users

Many students — including those under 13 — use Zovly's academic tools. Because we collect no personal information through the calculator tools themselves, and no account is required to use the Platform, we do not knowingly gather identifiable data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information to us through any channel (such as a contact form), please reach out at contact@zovly.xyz and we will remove it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding personal data. Where applicable, you have the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether we hold any personal data about you
• Request deletion of any personal data we may hold
• Opt out of analytics tracking via your browser settings or the Google opt-out tool
• Withdraw from advertising cookies through your browser or industry opt-out platforms

Policy Updates

This policy may be revised to reflect changes in our practices, new features we introduce, or updates to applicable law. When we make meaningful changes, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We will never reduce your privacy protections without clear, visible notice.
